The buildings you visit are not air-conditioned (except for the lower part of Saint-Pierre church), and the outdoor route is more or less shaded. Bring a hat and a bottle of water, and don't hesitate to postpone your visit in case of extreme heat (contact us).

Booking and payment
Visitors who wish to book their tickets are invited to confirm their reservation via a secure online payment.

Cancellation and refunding
After payment, all bookings are final and cannot be reimbursed.

It is mandatory to be there 15mn before the beginning of the tour. After this time, the guide could refuse your participation to the tour.

Dogs are NOT accepted inside the buildings (except assistance dogs).
